All service quotations are provided without obligation. A booking becomes final and binding once confirmed and either a deposit or full payment of the quoted service is received.
If changes are requested after confirmation—such as adjustments to the type of treatment, duration, date, or service details, Shima Ltd reserves the right to modify the terms accordingly and apply updated conditions or pricing. Clients are expected to accept the revised terms. In cases where acceptance is declined, Shima Ltd reserves the right to adapt the service specification in line with the changed circumstances.
If any modifications result in additional costs, clients will be notified in advance before proceeding.
Please note that Shima Ltd is not obligated to guarantee availability for massage or other spa and fitness services without prior reservation. To ensure a seamless experience and secure your preferred time slot, we strongly recommend booking your appointment in advance.
Availability is limited and subject to scheduling demands. Walk-in or last-minute requests may not be accommodated.
DOCUMENTS
Any documents or materials transferred to the customer shall remain the property of Shima Ltd until a legally valid service or booking is placed and paid for in full. If no booking is made, Shima Ltd reserves the right to request the return of all such items. The purchaser is not entitled to publish, reproduce, or use such documents for any purpose other than as agreed upon without express permission from Shima Ltd.
PRICING POLICY
- Quoted prices for memberships, spa treatments, and wellness services are valid for one month from the date the initial offer is issued and the service agreement is signed.
- If the period between signing and the scheduled or actual start of the service exceeds two months, Shima Ltd reserves the right to adjust the pricing to reflect current market conditions and operational costs at the time of service delivery.
- Long-term fixed pricing (for six months or more) may be arranged upon request, provided that at least one-third of the total contract value is prepaid.
- Payment must be completed or formally guaranteed (e.g. through deposit or written confirmation) in accordance with the terms stated in the quotation or service agreement.
